"Los Praos" is a beautiful house near the typical village of
Candeleda, in the mountains of the centre of Spain, in an area
where orange and palm trees grow. The house provides
magnificent views of Gredos mountains and the Tiétar river
valley. It is located 160 kilometres from Madrid.
Made of stone and wood, the house is a reconstruction of a
rustic building and keeps the charm of a country house
together with the comfort of a modern dwelling. It is built in
the middle of a splendid meadow surrounded by oak, olive
and ash trees.
CHARACTERISTICS: The house has 200 m2, with large
porches to the north and the south, with swimming pool and
barbecue. It sleeps 8 people in 4 double rooms, including one
which is a cosy informal suite with dormer windows. There
are two bathrooms, large living room with chimney, fully
equipped kitchen. Hot water. Heating and air conditioning in
every room.
ACTIVITIES
There are numerous possibilities in this natural environment
which enjoys a wonderful micro-climate. Hiking, horse riding,
water sports, golf.
PRICES
The property is rented at a daily rate of 210 euros in the
weekend and 1000 euros the whole week (1200 euros in the
high season.; minimum stay: 2 days).
